Terms of Purchase
1. General
These terms of purchase apply when you as a consumer buy from Souvenir Uppsala. By completing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Ordering
An order is binding once you have received an order confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of incorrect information or out-of-stock items.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK), excluding VAT for resellers and including VAT for private individuals (depending on the view mode). Shipping costs will be added.
4. Delivery
Normal delivery time is 1-3 business days within Sweden. In case of any delivery delays, we will notify you via email.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As a private customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. The time is calculated from the day you received the item.
